Terms and Conditions — 87club Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 87club ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 87club website at 87club.im and all associated games, features, and services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of 87club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players in Pakistan and elsewhere who access 87club. They are written in plain English to make them as clear as possible — but if anything is confusing, our support team at support@87club.im is available 24/7 to explain.

To open an account and play at 87club, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 87club strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have a self-exclusion agreement in place with 87club at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 87club complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

87club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 87club. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are a violation of these Terms. 87club actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all accounts belonging to the same person if more than one is detected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 87club support immediately.

• 87club will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Accounts showing signs of unauthorised access will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
• 87club reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months after giving reasonable notice.

87club accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All payments are processed securely through the following methods:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.

87club does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

Players may withdraw real-money funds from their 87club balance at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 for all methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Accounts must pass identity verification before a first withdrawal can be processed. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money winnings are withdrawable.
• 87club reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

87club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which take precedence over these general Terms where they differ. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire 7 days after being credited unless the promotion specifies a different period.
• 87club reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to place mechanically distributed bets to meet wagering requirements, or sharing bonus codes beyond permitted referral schemes.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus per household, IP address, or device applies.

All games available on 87club — including sports betting, baccarat, jackpot slots, PSL betting, fishing games, and Ludo — are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface, as well as these general Terms.

By placing a bet or entering a game room, you acknowledge:

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except as specifically permitted within certain sports betting markets.
• In-play sports bets are accepted subject to the published odds at the time of placement. 87club may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Game outcomes in casino and arcade games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Results are final and not subject to dispute on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• 87club reserves the right to void a bet if it was accepted due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or obvious pricing mistake. Players will be notified and the stake returned in such cases.
• In Ludo rooms, disconnection rules apply as described in the Ludo Games section. Entry fees for active games are non-refundable if a player disconnects voluntarily or due to their own network conditions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 87club and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Opening more than one account or attempting to register using false or another person's identity.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in Ludo rooms or multiplayer fishing game tables.
• Using any software, robot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with 87club games or betting markets.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform to obtain funds or an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained in this way will be voided.
• Laundering funds through 87club or using the platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour in chat features or when communicating with support staff.
• Attempting to place bets on behalf of someone who has been self-excluded from 87club.

87club cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving financial crime and reserves the right to report suspicious activity without prior notification to the account holder.

87club employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and ongoing transaction monitoring to protect player accounts.

Your responsibilities regarding account security include:

• Creating a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 87club support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

87club will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other means to request your password. Any communication claiming otherwise should be reported to us immediately as a phishing attempt.

In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, 87club reserves the right to close the account, void all pending bets, and retain any balance pending investigation by relevant authorities.

87club takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be entertaining and that players should always remain in control of their activity and spending. The following tools are available to all 87club account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you cannot log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 87club. This cannot be reversed once applied. Any balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to your verified payment method.

87club provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 87club shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings caused by technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

In all cases where 87club accepts liability, the maximum amount recoverable shall be limited to the net deposits made by the player in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

• 87club will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 working days.
• If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism of the relevant licensing authority.

Game outcome disputes will be reviewed against server-side logs. The platform's recorded outcome is considered authoritative in all cases where a player's device or connection was at fault. RNG-determined outcomes cannot be reversed.
